Gretchen hits back at Marjorie, reveals video of fight at dad’s wake
MANILA, Philippines — Gretchen Barretto lashed back at sister Marjorie on Friday, after the latter said she was willing to “reveal the whole truth and nothing but the truth” about their reported scuffle during their father’s wake.
In an Instagram post Friday, the actress-socialite revealed “my truth” which showed a video that documented the altercation between the two sisters.
The video also showed that the scuffle happened in the presence of President Rodrigo Duterte who was visiting the wake.
FYI MY MOM SPOKE TO ME & ASSURED EVERYONE THAT SHE WILL TELL ALL REGARDING OUR FAMILY FEUD & THE DAY OF MY DADS BIRTHDAY & Who CAUSED MY FATHERS ATTACK,” Gretchen wrote in a fiery tone.
“YOUR THREAT TO SUE ME FOR LIBEL? I PLEAD NO, IM SCARED…” she added.
Gretchen also answered Marjorie’s claims that she has a “powerful” boyfriend: “AND AS TO MY BOYFRIEND WHO IS POWERFUL IN A BAD WAY ( like you say ) YES HE IS POWERFUL ( in a good way, Not bad as you claimed.”
“Your boyfriend is also POWERFUL & certainly IN A VERY BAD WAY ,countless corruption cases I was told, NOT TO MENTION, NUMEROUS MOLESTATION CASES, AM I CORRECT?” Gretchen pointed out.
“ I WAS INFORMED THAT @claubarretto WILL FILE A MOLESTATION CASE AGAINST YOUR POWERFUL BOYFRIEND. ( ONLY REQUEST OF @claubarretto IS FOR HIM TO NOT BE IN THE WAKE DUE TO TRAUMA,” she added, referring to younger sister Claudine.

Aside from Gretchen’s bout with Marjorie, it was also reported that Claudine too had her own altercation with the former actress.
Although not directly addressing the issue, the Optimum star somehow made a subtle call out at Marjorie in an Instagram post. /muf
