Mark Wahlberg’s pride and joy

Actor, producer, rapper, singer and songwriter Mark Wahlberg, who was No. 10 on Forbes’ 2015 list of World’s Highest Paid Actors, was just a proud papa in a recent Instagram post. “So proud of my daughter Grace—first place in dressage today.”

(Dressage is defined as the execution by a trained horse of precision movements in response to barely perceptible signals from its rider.) Dressage Competitions are organized for riders to perform different tests in front of qualified judges.

Grace, 9, the youngest of the four children of Wahlberg and his wife, model Rhea Durham, was captured in the photo in full riding gear with a sweet, shy smile on her face, her horse beside her.

Wahlberg is starring in “Wonderland” which, according to reports, will be released before the year-end by Netflix. In the American mystery film, he plays undercover Detective Spenser. The film is directed by Peter Berg. The story was written by Sean O’Keefe. It is about Spencer’s return to the criminal underworld of Boston to investigate a mysterious murder conspiracy. As of now, the film is in the post-production stage.

Brotherly love

Also proud of a family member is Spidey Tom Holland. The British actor, the latest to don the mask and tights of Marvel Comics superhero Spider-Man, posted on Instagram, “Be like my little brother Harry. Work hard and push yourself to make your own success. Proud of you mate. This is sick. @harryholland64”

Harry, who has a twin, Sam, directs short films and seems to have developed a passion for photography, explaining in the short video some technical aspects of taking pictures. In his YouTube channel, he offers lessons on how to do short films.

Meanwhile, older brother Tom is all set to star in a new “Spider-Man” film after Marvel and Sony, which went their separate ways in August, agreed to team up again for the third Tom Holland Spidey project, now due for release in July 2021. Spider-Man will reportedly continue his adventures in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, as part of a deal between Sony and Disney’s Marvel Studios.
