Aga Muhlach on Amalia Fuentes: ‘You were an inspiration’

MANILA, Philippines — Aga Muhlach remembered his aunt, screen legend Amalia Fuentes, as an “inspiration,” adding that she has taught him “so much in life.”

“You started it all for us. You have taught me so much in life. You were an inspiration. You treated me like your son,” Muhlach said in an Instagram post Saturday.

Muhlach’s tribute comes after Fuentes succumbed to a cardiac arrest hours before. She was 79 years old.
