Toni Gonzaga and Mariel Rodriguez met up in New York City for some relaxing moments together with their respective kids, Seve Soriano and Isabella Padilla, who bonded and spent playtime together.
“Brunch with the Sorianos. How far our friendship has come @celestinegonzaga,” Rodriguez said in her Instagram post yesterday, Sept. 16.
Rodriguez and Gonzaga were both former hosts of the reality TV show “Pinoy Big Brother.”
Rodriguez expressed her happiness as she shared photos of the two kids, saying, “Oh what a joy seeing our children get along @celestinegonzaga.”
“Next time with Carmen, Lucia and Gabriela,” she added.
Carmen and Lucia are the two daughters of Bianca Gonzalez, their fellow former PBB co-host. Gabriela, who Rodriguez is currently pregnant with, will be her second child with husband Robina Padilla.
Rodriguez also joked that hopefully they will be joined by a second child of Gonzaga with her husband, director Paul Soriano.
Gonzaga also took to her own Instagram page today, Sept. 17, to share sweet moments from her time with Rodriguez and Isabella. Her post featured photos of her and Rodriguez strolling in Central Park in New York City together with little Seve and Isabella.
“Out of all the walks we have taken in our personal and work life,” Gonzaga said. “This is by far my most favorite one. So happy to see you and Isabella!”
Gonzaga recently flew to the US to attend classes at Harvard University together with Dr. Hayden Kho, Dr. Victoria Belo and TV writer Garlic Garcia.
Meanwhile, Rodriguez arrived in the US last Saturday, Sept. 14, where she is to give birth to baby Gabriela. /ra
