Lovi Poe raced with runners earlier this morning in Pasay City for the fourth Run With Me event.
The actress was in her usual athletic form and very much enjoyed the race, as seen in her video posted via Instagram Stories today, Aug. 25. She greeted fellow runners along the way and took shots of the race area while she ran.

The actress also took a moment to pose with a friend and fellow runner at the finish line immediately after finishing her race.

Earlier this week, Lovi gave a unique tribute to her dad, the late King of Philippine Movies Fernando Poe Jr., in the form of a boxing training session in a local gym.
“She’s a King. Got ‘em moves from you, Papa. Kulang [na lang] (All that’s lacking is the) ng pompyang punch. [boxing glove emoji] [laughing emoji] Happy Birthday in heaven! #FPJ80,” the actress stated, as she was seen throwing punches at her trainer, per her Instagram video post on Aug. 20.
She also shared a poster of FPJ’s classic movie “Mano-Mano” with legendary Philippine boxer Gabriel “Flash” Elorde, and a still photo of her dad in a boxing ring from the same film.
Her tribute is in honor of FPJ’s 80th birthday. FPJ was popular for his signature lightning punches in many of his action movies. NVG
