MANILA, Philippines — Actress Maja Salvador refused to add fuel to the controversy hounding former boyfriend Gerald Anderson and actress Julia Barretto.

“Ayoko nang sumali. Masaya ‘ko. Ayoko pong sumali, ayoko pong sumagot. Wala na ko dyan,” Salvador said Thursday when asked how she feels on being involved in the meme frenzy over the controversy.

“Sana hayaan natin sila magheal dahil hindi madali ang may mga pinagdadaanan. Wag na tayo sumabay, wag na natin gatungan kasi at the end of the day, lahat tayo tao nasasaktan,” she added.

Salvador’s photo has been used by netizens to create memes regarding the rumored romance between Anderson and Barretto.
