WATCH: Lenny Kravitz released new video for ‘5 More Days ‘Til Summer’

“5 More Days ‘Til Summer” appears on the Lenny Kravitz’s last studio album, “Raise Vibration”, out in 2018.

The accompanying music video, which was directed by Noah Becker, celebrates the festive essence of the summer season.

It follows a middle-aged worker as he moves heavy boxes around various locations — a scene that alludes to the opening verses of the song, “I’ve worked in this factory far too long/Can’t remember when I last had.”

He is then seen jumping into a pond, entering in a new world where he frolics under the summer sun with a variety of people.

“‘Cause there are 5 more days ’til summer/Takes me away/There are 5 more days ’til summer/5 more days ’til summer,” Kravitz sings in the chorus as an incantation.

The new video for “5 More Days ‘Til Summer” arrived ahead of the American singer-songwriter’s return to North America for the next leg of his two-year “Raise Vibration” world tour.

The vocalist will play a month-long string of shows across the United States, before wrapping up on Sept. 21 at Los Angeles’ Shrine Auditorium. RGA
