‘Chicks to Chicks’ mainstay Chito Arceo passes away
MANILA, Philippines – Veteran actor Chito Arceo, best known for his role as Chiqui in the 1980s sitcom “Chicks to Chicks” has passed away.
Arceo died Monday morning, his daughter Karen said in a Facebook post.
Arceo was 69.

“Ramoncito Capili Arceo, known to family and friends as Chito, peacefully joined our Creator this morning,” Karen said.
“His wake will be held at the Sampaloc and Yakal Chapels of the Manila Memorial Park in Sucat, Parañaque starting tonight,” she added.

Article continues after this advertisementArceo rose to fame as part of sitcom “Chicks to Chicks” which aired in IBC from 1979 to 1987.
The show then moved to ABS-CBN and was retitled as “Chika Chika Chicks.” It aired from 1987 to 1991.
