Is Kris Aquino hinting a movie comeback?
MANILA, Philippines — Kris Aquino may have teased fans of a possible return to the big screen.
The Queen of All Media revealed in an Instagram post on Monday that she received a script of a horror movie via email.
“In [Singapore] i asked myself what do i want to go back to that will encourage & inspire me to regularly do the water physiotherapy my doctors were all recommending?” Aquino said in her post.
“And this script was emailed to me,” she added.

Although she did not divulge specific details about the horror movie, Aquino she asked the producers if she could start in September “when [her] immunity can take on the physicality required.”
“[B]ut, for now, I need to strengthen myself,” she said. “Thank you for your patience with me. I’m learning to exercise that with myself, too.”
Aquino apologized to her followers for temporarily disabling her social media accounts and shared what books she has been reading.
“[I’m] sorry, I temporarily disabled with no explanation & some got offended thinking they got blocked,” she explained.
Aquino was last seen in “I Love You, Hater” in 2018, which starred Joshua Garcia and Julia Barretto.
The movie also served as Aquino’s reunion with Star Cinema, the movie arm of ABS-CBN. (Editor: Eden Estopace)
