Angelica Panganiban has no comment about Carlo Aquino’s recent statement, where he said that he takes responsibility for criticisms about his private life.
Aquino issued the cryptic statement via Instagram Stories last week, June 3, apparently in defense of his rumored girlfriend, model Trina Candaza.
(No one is to blame except me. I am sorry for everything I did. If you are going to be angry, direct your anger to me instead.)
(Do not involve other people because they did not do anything wrong. I am going to accept all of your anger, but do not pass it to others.)
Meanwhile, in a recent interview with ABS-CBN last Monday, June 10, Panganiban said she has nothing to say about her ex-boyfriend’s defense.
([I have] no comment, he does not exist in my life now. We are not talking, so I do not know what is going on with him.)
Panganiban, when asked if she is open to speaking with Aquino, replied that she had been waiting for him to reach out to her.
“Matagal ko nang hinintay ‘yung explanation niya, sana matagal na niyang ginawa,” the actress said.
(I have been waiting for his explanation for a long time, he should have done it before.)
Panganiban confirmed last March that her friendship with the actor has ended.
Aside from being ex-lovers in real life, they have recently been co-stars in the 2018 film “Exes Baggage”. Hannah Mallorca/JB
