LOOK: Jayda Avanzado ‘on cloud 9’ after sweet 16 surprise party
Jessa Zaragoza and Dingdong Avanzado on Sunday threw a surprise party for daughter Jayda Avanzado in celebration of her 16th birthday.

Jayda shared a video of the party on Instagram taken at Cravings restaurant in Quezon City on June 9. (Jayda’s birthday, though, is June 1.)
She is seen at the entrance of the restaurant with mom Jessa, clearly in shock as confetti fell and friends greeted her. Seen in the video is singer Darren Espanto who carried a cake with a candle down to her.

In attendance were friends from singing teen group ASAP G!, which includes Espanto, Kyle Echarri, Isabela Vinzon and Jeremy Glinoga. Also present were actor Ogie Alcasid, singer and dancer AC Bonifacio and singer Jason Dy.

The surprise party comes days after her June 1 birthday, but Jayda did not seem to mind given that she was surrounded by loved ones. She described the night as “one of the most memorable birthdays ever.”
“Still on cloud nine from my surprise belated birthday celebration last night!!” she wrote on Instagram on June 10.
“Huge thank you to my parents, for organizing this and gathering a lot of the people I love and care about the most, in one room. Blows my mind how you both were able to do that. I love and appreciate you two so much!” /ra
