Walt Disney Studios has shared a new “Lion King” trailer featuring Nala, the character voiced by music superstar Beyoncé Knowles-Carter. The freshly revealed trailer offers a glimpse of upcoming scenes showing Simba’s struggle to defeat Scar and take back the throne.

With just over a month to go before its theatrical release, Disney has shared a new trailer, notably featuring the voice of the award-winning artist. The “Run the World (Girls)” singer lends her instantly recognizable voice to Nala, one of the movie’s central characters.

For the first time, fans of the Disney classic and its live-action remake can hear Nala’s voice, saying “Simba, you have to take your place as king… we need you. Come home.”
