Sarah Geronimo, Ara Mina start filming upcoming movie

Sarah Geronimo and Ara Mina have started shooting for “Unforgettable,” their upcoming film together.

The two actresses posed for a photo alongside two girls in school uniform on the first day of shooting the new project, as per Mina’s post on Instagram Monday, June 3.

“First shooting day of Unforgettable movie with the one and only @justsarahgph,” said Mina.

The film will be directed by Perci Intalan and her husband, Palanca-winning filmmaker Jun Robles Lana, who also helmed the 2016 film “Die Beautiful.”

Aside from Ara Mina, actresses Yayo Aguila, Megi Imperial, Kim Molina and Gina Pareño are set to join Geronimo in the new project.

“For the first time, @percinotpercy and I are co-directing a film starring no less than @justsarahgph and all these talented amazing women @megimperial @kimsmolina @yayoaguila @therealaramina and Ms. Gina Pareño,” Lana stated in his Instagram post on May 29.

Other details regarding the film have yet to be announced as of this writing.

Geronimo recently won the best actress award for her performance in the Filipino adaptation of the Korean film “Miss Granny” at the 35th Philippine Movie Press Club (PMPC) Star Awards for Movies.  /ra
