Zac Efron learned the hard work that goes behind being able to strut on the Victoria’s Secret runway.
Among those who showed him the grueling drills to a lean and toned figure was Filipino-American model Kelsey Merritt, who began modeling for the lingerie brand in May 2018.
In his YouTube vlog “Gym Time,” the “Greatest Showman” actor featured “four of the smartest, sweetest, and strongest Victoria’s Secret models doing a fast-paced, full-body workout.”
American model Jasmine Tookes, Portuguese model Sara Sampaio and Danish model Josephine Skriver were also part of the fitness routine.

The group trained with fitness model John Gaines Jr., who gave them a circuit workout. This involved skier rows, elevated crunches, Russian twists, alternating arms with battle ropes and squat variations.
Merritt could be seen powering through the workout and keeping a smile even as she paused while on the battle ropes.

For the last part of the routine, the group went head to head in a basketball relay. She was part of Efron’s winning team, earning her a hug from the actor.

By the end of it, Efron earned his place as an honorary angel. /ra
