Filipino pop-rock band Agsunta could be returning to the music scene before the month ends.
Two months since Agsunta wiped clean its YouTube account of all its videos, a new video was uploaded last Thursday, March 21.
A cryptic ten-second video shows a heart rate monitor starting with a flatline, then spiking up with the band’s name. The date March 29, 2019, is revealed at the end.
The same clip has also been posted on their official Facebook page last March 22, with over 104,000 views, 5,200 reactions, 3,400 shares and 700 comments, as of writing.
No further details were mentioned on the post, but the four members — Jai Singson, Josh Planas, Mike Arevalo and Stephen Arevalo — have also retweeted the teaser on their personal Twitter accounts.
Last January, the band “signed off” temporarily. At that time, Singson said they would continue to make music.
This has led fans to speculate that the group is set to make a comeback. In the comments section, Agsunta’s fans expressed their excitement and support for their idols’ return. JB
