Kathryn Bernardo wins as Kid’s Choice Favorite Trending Pinoy

MANILA, Philippines — Actress Kathryn Bernardo was named Favorite Trending Pinoy at the 2019 Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards.

Nickelodeon announced the news on Sunday in a Facebook post captioned: “PRESENTING… YOUR Kids’ Choice Awards 2019 Favorite #Trending Pinoy: Kathryn Bernardo!”

Bernardo bested fellow actresses Julia Barretto, Liza Soberano and Yassi Pressman.

In a clip posted by Nickelodeon, Bernardo gave a short message to thank her fans for the support.

“Hey Nicksters! Thank you so much for voting for me for the 2019 Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards. And keep supporting Nickelodeon and you favorite Filipino artists,” Bernardo said.

The 2019 Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards was held at the Galen Center in Los Angeles, California on March 23 and was hosted by DJ Khaled.

The awarding ceremony will be aired in Nickelodeon Asia on Monday, March 25, at 6 p.m. /cbb
