Even before “Kara Mia” actor Paul Salas posted on Instagram a video of himself doing pullups at the start of the year—with the caption, “Balik alindog 2019”—he was already uploading pics and videos of himself, shirtless or in the middle of a workout routine.
The 20-year-old model-actor, a former child star, often posts about his fitness, the uploads sandwiched between show biz-related images.
He can be seen lifting weights, sparring in the boxing ring, playing basketball, using various exercise machines, and so on.
