Davao Oriental sets stage for 2-day music fest

In its bid to promote Davao Oriental as a traveler-friendly destination, the Davao Oriental provincial government and the city of Mati, along with Orca Promotions, are organizing the biggest concert in the province on April 6 and 7.

Dubbed the Bonfire Music Festival, the two-day fest at the Provincial Sports Complex in Barangay Dahican, Mati, will promote different genres of music for an estimated 7,000 attendees.

The concert will also showcase the beauty of Davao Oriental, its culture and tourist destinations.

FEATURED STORIES

Performers lined up on April 6 are December Avenue, Nairud, Harmoniax, Broken Chords of May, OrientRocks, Muzza Band and Mark & Sid.

The next day, it will feature top deejays Tom Taus, Stefan Lan, Ron Poe, Jet Boado, Cathy Frey, Cassie D and Jack Ripper.
