Matteo Guidicelli went into daredevil mode as he went skydiving for the first time.
The Filipino-Italian actor and triathlete’s adventure happened at the WCC Aviation Binalonan Airfield in Pangasinan, as seen in a Facebook video by professional skydiver and instructor Snooky Cruz, posted last Monday, Feb. 25.
In the video, Guidicelli is listening to instructions from Cruz before he leaps. The actor first hangs on to the plane, before getting the clearance to finally jump.
Moments before landing, he said, “I love you, love! I love you, Sarah,” referring to his girlfriend, Sarah Geronimo.
Guidicelli touched the ground safely and was congratulated by his instructors for a job well done.
“My love, I flew today,” Guidicelli told Geronimo in his Instagram post about his experience. He also thanked the singer and his “mama and papa” for letting him jump that day.
“Sorry for the stress. I love you guys,” Guidicelli added.
Cruz said he was “damn proud” of his student for the achievement, saying it was an “honor to jump on the same lift” with the star.
Way to go, Matteo! JB
