Angel Aquino reunites with Tony Labrusca for late birthday celebration

Actress Angel Aquino recently reunited with “Glorious” co-star Tony Labrusca, and it is clear the two quite missed each other. Aquino took to Instagram on Feb. 26 to share a photo of her and Labrusca in a tight embrace.

“I think Glory missed Niko so mucho!!!” she quipped.  In “Glorious,” Aquino plays the character of Glory, who Niko (Labrusca) falls in love with.

On her Instagram Story on the same night, she said that it is still her birth month so the celebrations have not stopped. The ageless Aquino, born on Feb. 7, 1973, is now 46 years old.

“It’s February and it’s still my birth month so we’re still celebrating!” Aquino said as she and the group dined over pizza and wine.

In another post, Aquino shared more photos from the intimate get-together, where Labrusca’s mother, Angel Jones, was also present.

“Glorious night. Great company. Good wine. Groovy conversations,” she said. “We definitely weren’t sober!”

It seems Aquino and Labrusca have gotten close since working together for “Glorious.” Aquino was all praises for the professionalism of Labrusca, with whom she had several steamy love scenes.

“He exceeded my expectations. I didn’t think he’d be that game. Of course, he had qualms, but he was very professional,” Aquino said back in November 2018. “He trusted me and our director.”
