MANILA, Philippines – Actor and model Matteo Guidicelli proudly shared that he has completed the motorcycle riding course of the Philippine National Police – Highway Patrol Group (PNP-HPG).
“We did it! We successfully graduated from the PNP – HPG riding course,” Guidicelli captioned a photo of him with athlete and model Ivan Carapiet who also completed the training.
The 28-year-old actor also shared the things he learned from the course, saying “Let me tell you, it was definitely a journey that built strength, character, skill, respect and brotherhood.”
He also took the opportunity to thank their instructors: “Thank you to all our masters and tigers for all the efforts and time they put into training our class! Thank you for teaching us techniques, road safety and most importantly camaraderie.”
“And thank you to the HPG family for the “best jumper” award! Dedicated that to coach @samtamayo for teaching me how to jump a bike!” Guidicelli further wrote.
In a previous report by Top Gear, Guidicelli took part in the “executive rider training” offered to senior police officers and to those from the private sector who want to enhance their riding skills.
According to PNP’s website, the training focuses on the “development and enhancement of the skills of the participants in techniques and procedures of operating a high performing motorcycle, in basic and tactical law enforcement operations in all kinds of situation and road conditions.” / gsg
