Love is still alive and even going strong for Christopher Roxas and Gladys Reyes.
The actors and lovers reminisced about their 26 years of being a couple — 11 years as boyfriend-girlfriend and 15 years of marriage, in their respective Instagram posts yesterday, Jan. 23.
Hours before their anniversary, Reyes already posted a video of herself and Roxas from their reaffirmation of vows which happened last year in Tagaytay City.
Meanwhile, Roxas, who posted a throwback photo of themselves when they were still teenagers kept his post short and humorously sweet: “Happy anniversary bebe!”
Reyes too shared some more old photos, as a way to summarize their 26 years of togetherness. “God knows how grateful I am for waking up each day beside my ‘answered prayer’ with our beautiful children,” he said about her family life with Roxas. “Thank you bebe @christopherroxas, every day it gets better and better.”
Reyes and Roxas were co-stars in the long-running ABS-CBN teleserye “Mara Clara”, which ran from 1992 to 1997. They married in 2004 and have four children. JB
