Months after tying the knot, newlyweds Archie Alemania and Gee Canlas’ brood will be expanding.

The couple, who is currently vacationing in Boracay, announced in their respective Instagram posts on Friday that they’re expecting their first child together.

“Last year I was grateful to be back with the love of my life,” the actress said. “Now we’re celebrating a new life!!”

She also added the hashtag #24weeks, indicating she is currently in her sixth month of pregnancy.

And Alemania, who is seen kissing Canlas’ growing baby belly, excitedly said about his new baby, “Love you little one!!! Patay ka sa gigil sakin (You’re going to get some pinching from me) hahaha!”

This will be Canlas’ first child, while it will be Alemania’s fourth. He has three children, with one son named Brent from his previous relationship with actress Mickey Ferriols.
