Scarlet Snow Belo is going into 2019 in an adventurous mood — and no less than at a safari in South Africa.
Celebrity dermatologist Dr. Vicki Belo said yesterday, Dec. 31 that she and husband Dr. Hayden Kho surprised their daughter Scarlet Snow with a safari trip because of her love for animals.
The family of three has been exploring the Tswalu Kalahari Reserve, which is South Africa’s largest private game reserve.
So that Scarlet could see the animals from a safe distance, she brought a pair of binoculars from Belo’s former husband Atom Henares, as seen in an Instagram post from Dec. 30.
Some of the wild animals that they spotted include lions, zebras, meerkats and a cheetah.
It seems they enjoyed seeing the lions so much that according to Belo, they watched lionesses play with their cubs for two hours.
While the trip was meant for Scarlet, Belo and Kho expressed their appreciation for one another.
Sharing a picture of Kho snapping a picture, Belo said in an Instagram post yesterday, “One of the secrets of a happy marriage is to continue to still have a crush on my husband @dochayden after almost 14 years together.”
Kho took a picture of his wife and daughter who had matching forest green outfits in the reserve.
On sharing the photo, he stated, “My beautiful 2018 in summary.” JB
