WATCH: Dani Barretto cries tears of joy on ‘Friends’ studio tour
Travel blogger and influencer Dani Barretto could not help but shed tears after finally seeing the studio set of her favorite American sitcom “Friends” in California, United States.
During their family’s U.S. trip, Dani paid Warner Bros. Studios in Los Angeles a visit, as seen via YouTube on Sunday, Dec. 30. She brought along her mom, who is a big fan of the comedy-drama TV series “Gilmore Girls”, and her brother Leon, to see for themselves the studio sets used by their favorite series.
“I’ve been dreaming about this guys, as in,” said Barretto whose excitement is evident at the beginning of the video. The Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood gives fans like the Barrettos an opportunity to go behind-the-scenes of classic movies and TV shows such as “Casablanca”, “Batman”, “Gilmore Girls” and “Friends”.
“Para lang makatapak ako ng studio ng ‘Friends’ parang feeling ko malalaglag yung heart ko (For me to step into the set of ‘Friends’, I feel like my heart is going to drop),” she added.
The trio saw the actual costumes used for superhero films “Aquaman” and “Justice League”, as well as the props and clothes used in “Wonderwoman”. They also had a good time viewing the props and costumes used in the “Harry Potter” films.
Before entering Central Perk, the iconic coffee house in “Friends”, Barretto was already tearing up. “I’m so happy,” she said before proceeding to sit in the couch the cast of the show frequented.
After their visit to “Friends” studio, it was now her mother’s turn to fangirl. The trio went to visit the set of “Gilmore Girls”, much to Marjorie’s delight.
“I can’t even express how happy I am right now,” Dani said, noting that the tour was one of the highlights of her 2018. “It was the perfect way to end the year coz I’ve been dreaming of visiting Warner Bros. for so long so I can see the ‘Friends’ set and as you can see I couldn’t help myself, I really cried.”
