Robin Padilla meets Mariel Rodriguez’s dad for the first time
MANILA, Philippines — For the first time after being married for eight years, Robin Padilla has finally met his wife Mariel Rodriguez’s father.
Rodriguez shared the encounter in a family photo posted on her Instagram account on Monday.
“After 8 years @robinhoodpadilla and my Dad finally meet. My heart is full,” Rodriguez wrote.
She added, “Thank you so much to everyone in my family for being so supportive of this moment. It means so much to me.”
Further, she said: “My 2018 is complete. I have been waiting for this day for 8 years… thank you, God, for giving it to me.”
Rodriguez’s family was based in the United States when she and Padilla tied the knot in 2010 at the Taj Mahal in India. /je
