Vic would rather give than receive

“I’m not a materialistic person. When it comes to presents, I don’t expect to receive them; I would rather give them,” said Vic Sotto, when asked by the Inquirer if there’s anything he wants to have this Christmas.

What sort of gifts does he usually give his family and loved ones? “There are some things you don’t want to reveal or brag about anymore,” he quipped.

But if he could gift something to Maine Mendoza, one of his costars in the Metro Manila Film Festival entry “Jack Em Popoy: The Puliscredibles,” the actor-television host jested, laughing: “Maybe an acting award!”

“We had lots of memorable moments, mostly behind the scenes, outtakes or things that didn’t make it to the movie,” added Vic, who plans to spend Christmas with his family. “Just the usual.”—ALLAN POLICARPIO
