Sarah Lahbati surprises cancer-stricken fan in V. Luna General Hospital

MANILA, Philippines — Sarah Lahbati proves how big of a heart she has after visiting a cancer-stricken fan at V. Luna General Hospital (Armed Forces of the Philippines Medical Center).

Sarah’s mother Esther Lahbati shared the precious moment on Wednesday in an Instagram post.

“Today, we surprised a strong, beautiful cancer patient who’s been diagnosed two years ago with bone cancer, elaiza,” Esther wrote.

In the video, the fan became emotional as soon as Sarah arrived at her hospital room.

“Matagal na niyang wish makita si Sarah. Christmas wish daw niya ito sabi ng mama niya,” Sarah’s mother added.

The 25-year-old actress also brought a copy of her own book “True Beauty” as gift to the young cancer patient.

Esther recounted, Sarah wrote a reminder to Elaiza that read, “Why, my soul, are you downcast? Why so disturbed within me? Put your hope in God, for I will praise him, my savior, my God.”  /muf
