JM De Guzman, Arci Muñoz to star in new Kapamilya soap

An upcoming series from ABS-CBN’s RSB Drama Unit with a powerhouse cast is now in the works.

The upcoming teleserye involves a stellar cast that includes JM De Guzman, Arci Muñoz, Sylvia Sanchez and Joey Marquez.

Reina Hispanoamericana Filipinas 2018 Alyssa Muhlach, Hashtag members Kid Yambao and Paulo Angeles, Kira Balinger and returning Kapamilya actor Kiko Estrada will also be part of the soap’s cast.

De Guzman on Wednesday shared an Instagram photo of the cast captioned: “New soap. #projectkapalaran. thank you God. para sayo to.”

Sanchez was quick to comment on his post, saying “ Yahoooooo!!! Finally!!! Magkasama na tayo,” to which De Guzman replied “love you ma!:)”

Sanchez also expressed her excitement for the upcoming teleserye on her own Instagram account.

“Soon!! #projectkapalaran. Maraming, maraming salamat #rsbunit #abscbn sa muling pagtiwala nyo sa akin,” she wrote.

This is not the first time for De Guzman to work with Muñoz as they are also paired in an upcoming romantic comedy film directed by Eduardo Roy Jr.

“Project Kapalaran” will serve as De Guzman’s second soap after “Araw Gabi” with Barbie Imperial, his first TV project after a two-year hiatus from show business. /cbb
