Ai-Ai delas Alas hospitalized; fellow celebs send well wishes

Actress Ai-Ai delas Alas’ recent photos of her hospitalization may have worried fellow celebrities and fans, but it appears the comedienne is well on her way to recovery and will be discharged soon. Delas Alas first shared a photo of her in the hospital on Nov. 27, which showed her in a bed connected to a drip as she posed with son Sancho Vito and his fiancée Shanna.
“With sancho and shaning,” shared Delas Alas. “Gagaling ako #lbmconuti.”

Fellow celebrities such as Zsa Zsa Padilla, Aiko Melendez, Ruru Madrid and Jay Gonzaga offered their well wishes to Delas Alas upon hearing the news and urged her to get well soon.
“Get well soon, Bes,” wrote Padilla.
“Get well soon ate mo ai. Laban. Water therapy is the best din,” said Gonzaga.

Despite her confinement, however, Delas Alas’ spirits were lifted when her pet dog Sailor arrived to visit her. She shared a video of her on the same day showing her cuddling and kissing Sailor as she sat in a wheelchair.
“Sobrang miss ko si sailor kaya ginawan ko ng paraan bumaba para makita ko sya,” shared Delas Alas. “Labyu bebe miss ka ni mommy wag ka na malungkot nakita mo nako hehe — at gusto nyang kainin ang dextrose ko haha #unconditionallove #ilovemybebe.”

Delas Alas also shared the good news today, Nov. 28, that she will be released from the hospital on Thursday. In her post, she showed a picture of her with Dr. Lirio Cham and thanked her for taking care of her.
