Dayanara Torres engaged to Marvel film producer

Miss Universe 1993 Dayanara Torres is engaged to Marvel Studios film producer Louis D’Esposito.

The 44-year-old actress and model announced the news in an Instagram post Monday that included a heartwarming photo of the couple.

“He asked & I said YES!!! Dije que Si…!!! Me siento Bendecida. Blessed to have you in our lives,” Torres wrote in the caption.

D’Esposito is a producer for famous Marvel movies like “Iron Man” (2008), “Captain America: The First Avenger” (2011), “Guardians of the Galaxy” (2014), “Ant-Man” (2015), among others.

After Torres’ Miss Universe stint, she landed several movie roles and television appearances in the Philippines including 1995 films “Basta’t Kasama Kita” and “Hataw Na!”

She last visited the country in 2017 when she became a judge in the 65th Miss Universe held at the Mall of Asia (MOA) Arena. /cbb
