What would you do if an unwanted letter to your crush you never intended to send was received by him?
James Corden’s nightmare turned into a reality as Noah Centineo got a letter from him that expressed his wish to guest him, as seen in a “The Late Late Show” segment aired Friday.
“Noah Centineo, you’re so hot. Like stupid hot. Hot in the way where you don’t even know it, but you like totally know it,” the actor read out loud to C0rden. “Sometimes I fantasize about having you as a guest on the show. I mean, the things I’d say to you.”
As Centineo agreed to be Corden’s guest, they start to hang out together until they build a friendship. Both do funny antics together, such as rubbing sandwiches at each other’s faces.
But just like any secret, it goes without being revealed as Centineo stumbles upon a hat box containing other letters to be sent to other guests such as Tom Cruise and Harry Styles. He then rejects Corden’s offer in disappointment.
And all is well that ends well as Corden apologized to Centineo—through flashing words in cardboard in front of “The Late Late Show” audience.
Centineo and Corden’s segment is a parody of the Netflix film “To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before,” which the actor stars in. /ra
