WATCH: Heart Evangelista shows process of painting bags

Heart Evangelista has been sharing her artwork painted on designer bags for quite some time now and finally, she unveiled the process it takes in a video blog on Tuesday.

Evangelista was given a bag by Venezuelan designer Carolina Herrera’s team to paint for display in the latter’s “CH Insignia” exhibit.

“You guys are in for a treat! For the first time ever, I’m letting you in on the full process of creating one of my hand-painted bags,” the 33-year-old fashion enthusiast wrote in an Instagram post.

Evangelista also mentioned how she does only do this for herself, but also for her clients who wanted a “facelift” to their bag.

She recounted one time when a client’s bag was “damaged” and she mended it with her art: “Her baby scribbled on her Birkin and I fixed that for her.”

“Others just really want art on their bag, which I love and I can relate to,” she added.

The seven-hour process included sketching, adding details for a better composition then the actual painting on the bag.
