LOOK: 30 years later, Zoe Kravitz re-creates mom Lisa Bonet’s nude ‘Rolling Stone’ photo shoot

Zoe Kravitz covered the Hot Issue of Rolling Stone magazine, paying homage to a cover from 30 years ago done no less by her equally stunning mother, Lisa Bonet.

In her cover, Kravitz is naked and standing tall with her left leg bent, her eyes peering down at the camera and her long, curly hair covering her chest.

The 29-year-old actress told the magazine that she has always loved her mom’s cover, which showed Bonet posing sensually in a white shirt, her entire thigh exposed.

During the 1988 shoot, Bonet was about was 21 years old and two months pregnant with Kravitz. “It’s a really striking image of her. It’s beautiful,” gushed Kravitz.

But her mom wasn’t entirely satisfied with the cover, preferring her nude photo over the one Rolling Stone chose. Doing the nude cover, then, was a tribute to Bonet more than anything.

Besides her photo, the actress, whose works include the “Fantastic Beasts” series and “Big Little Lies” dropped other bombshells in the magazine feature.

She revealed that she has been engaged to actor Karl Glusman since February; the couple has been dating for about two years.

She also had some insight on what her mom thought of Bill Cosby. Bonet was a breakout star of “The Cosby Show” and Kravitz said, “Her and him never got along.”

Her childhood with two popular artist parents—rock musician Lenny Kravitz is her dad—was unique, to say the least. It included getting a month out of school to go on vacation and, when she was caught smoking weed in her teens, being told not to lie about it and being handed a joint.

She remains close to both parents, and during the interview, her dad called to ask how to play charades because he’d be appearing on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.” Just like any typical family.  Niña V. Guno /ra
