Lara Quigaman: Exclusively breastfeeding Tobias one of my greatest achievements

Miss International 2005 Lara Quigaman-Alcaraz said on Sunday that one of her greatest achievements in life is exclusively breastfeeding her second son Tobias.

Quigaman expressed how she used to dread every feeding session because of the pain: “5 weeks ago, I wondered if I would last another day or even another session of breastfeeding.

“It was so toe curling painful that I dreaded each feeding session but now it’s a breeze!” the former beauty queen added.

She described how the first two weeks were the hardest part, but advised other mothers that it gets better and to never give up: “So mamas, don’t cry na, if you feel ready to give up, just look at your little one and know that you are doing so well and it will soon become easy.”

“Again you are not alone. You can do this! Take it One day at a time,” Quigaman added.

Tobias, born last September 2018, is Quigaman’s second baby with husband, actor Marco Alcaraz. In 2012, Quigaman gave birth to their first born Noah. /je
