Three-year-old Scarlet Snow Belo has learned another skill to add to her impressive track record: swinging her hips a la ducks to the tune of “Tatlong Bibe”.
Her proud mother, Dr. Vicki Belo, made use of Instagram on Monday, Oct. 22 to share the video of Scarlet Snow singing and dancing the popular Filipino children’s song.
“Introducing @scarletsnowbelo new dance step ‘kumendeng kendeng,'” Belo said.

Clad in a striped boatneck romper and hot pink rubber slippers, the toddler performed the song enthusiastically, replacing the lyrics “tatlong bibe” (three ducks) with “sampung bibe” (ten ducks). At one point she even showed how “kendeng” is done by exaggeratedly moving her hips from left to right.

Some were amazed that Scarlet Snow knows how to sing in Tagalog. Before her “Tatlong Bibe” (or in her version, “Sampung Bibe”) performance, she sang the song “Bahay Kubo” at two years old.

“So admirable, kahit you talk to her in English but still tinuturuan n’yo ba din sya magsalita at kumanta ng Tagalog, bravo!” the fan said.
(So admirable! Even though you talk to her in English, you still teach her how to talk and sing in Tagalog. Bravo!) JB
