Kris Aquino on ABS-CBN: ‘Choose the ones who choose you’

Kris Aquino recently explained to fans why she can’t be an official Kapuso, citing schedules and the limited amount of work she can take as primary reasons. But the Queen of All Media also has got answers for her fans’ constant queries regarding her former network, ABS-CBN, particularly on a possibility of her return.
“Doesn’t ABS make paramdam (contact) to you po for you to be back on TV? Miss you galore much!” asked one fan, Chris Toph (@chrisbmau25), on Thursday, Oct. 18.

“I think we should celebrate the people who want us in their lives — this statement should be taken at face value,” she replied. “I pray my thank you every night and soon as I wake up for the products, brands, stores, conglomerates, and most of all the people who choose me.”
“Choose the ones who choose you,” she stated. “Makes life simple and makes me grateful.”
In one of her Instagram posts last Friday, Oct. 19, one fan took to the comments section to ask her to return to ABS-CBN.
“Kris balik ka na [sa] (return to) ABS, boring [na ang] ‘Magandang Buhay’ (became boring). It’s so dry,” commented Instagram user @shotfilters.

As if to end speculations regarding a possible return to her former network, Aquino simply replied, “Move on na tayo (Let’s move on).”
Aquino left ABS-CBN in 2016. In 2017, after inquiries from fans, she said that the network “does not want [her] anymore – but it’s cool.” JB
