Ina Feleo on how she lost 2 inches off her waistline in 20 days

Ina Feleo has taken being a fitness inspiration to a new level.

The actress shared on Instagram last Sunday, Oct. 14, that she went on a 20-day challenge that included HIIT (high-intensity interval training) workouts and clean eating.

Before you comment which one you prefer, pls don’t🙈 Took on the challenge of 20 days HIIT training and clean eating because 20 days is honestly not too long and I love challenges. I wanted to see how much I could push myself and what results I might see if I REALLY ate clean and up the intensity of my workouts. This was easier than I expected because 1) i loooved the workouts and how i felt after sweating so much, plus the workouts were really short so it was easy to squeeze in my schedule 2) the clean eating part was also not difficult because i still had rice/pasta/bread, and when I had cravings for sweets i would just eat unlimited fruits🍎🍏🍉 In the photo on the left I was also training 5-6 days a week doing mostly weights and some low intensity cardio. For the 20 day challenge I did purely workouts from @hit_man_dan (thank you❤️) From 27.5” waist to 25”!! Progress is progress no matter how small. “I wanted to see how much I could push myself and what results I might see if I really ate clean and up the intensity of my workouts,” she said.

Feleo posted pictures from before and after the challenge—it is apparent in the first picture where she wears a red bikini that she was already in good shape to begin with.

In the second picture, the “Paki” actress wears a striped pink bikini and it looks like she has gotten more core muscles.

Before the challenge, she was “training 5-6 days a week doing mostly weights and some low intensity cardio.”

The 20-day challenge involved home workouts from CrossFit trainer Dandy Chua, who trains beauty queens such as Winwyn Marquez and Catriona Gray.

Feleo said it was easier than expected because she loved the short workouts which could fit into her schedule and that clean eating did not restrict from eating carbs like rice and bread. She only ate vegetables, fish and chicken and removed junk food, pastries and soft drinks from her diet.

“When I had cravings for sweets i would just eat unlimited fruits,” she said.

The hard work paid off: Feleo whittled down her waistline from 27.5 inches to 25 inches. 

“Progress is progress no matter how small. But I hope this inspires you, as it inspired me, that you can make progress in as little as 20 days,” she said.

Feleo also shares fitness tips on her Instagram, including short instructional clips of her workouts. The actress has been athletic since she was young, starting as a competitive figure skater and moving on to become a national dancer. She has her own sports clothing line, Ina Activewear.  /ra
