Michelle Madrigal is not one to back down from a challenge, whether it’s welcoming motherhood or shedding pregnancy pounds.

The United States-based actress showed her progress in regaining her figure months after she and fiancé Troy Woolfolk welcomed baby Anika in October 2017.

Madrigal joined a fitness challenge with a cash prize — and it looks like she’s in it to win 25 days later.

Looking leaner and more toned, Madrigal revealed, “This is what 25 days of eating clean and working out religiously looks like. I started at 130lbs and down to 126 lbs.”

She shared that she has diastasis recti, which means that her stomach muscles widened due to pregnancy. “My stomach area is the hardest one to trim down since I have diastasis recti so ab exercises are pretty limited.”

Despite that additional layer of difficulty, her stomach appears nearly flat and her waistline is now more defined.

When she first posted post-baby photos of her body, she admitted, “I was so reluctant to post these photos because it’s not your typical edited or photoshopped IG content… this is me RAW! No make up, filter free and just showing off my real postpartum body.”

As for her secret to a slim figure, she said there is none. “You have to commit 100 percent, eat clean which is counting my macros (five to six meals a day), hard work and exercise five to six times a week. There’s no easy way in getting the body you want.”

She openly shares her routines on Instagram, such as one at home with Anika in the background.

She also said on her Instagram Stories that she eats from a meal plan which includes brown rice. JB
