Kylie Padilla shares how she conquers ‘uncontrollable moments’
Filipino-Australian actress Kylie Padilla shared on Monday how she bounces back after experiencing an “episode.”
“I had an episode yesterday and I did everything I could to shake it off. But the dark cloud just would not leave me alone,” Padilla wrote in an Instagram story.
She said she tried easing herself by crying out loud, writing in her journal, doing meditations and writing down her dreams.
“I got up meditated, accepted the fact that I was not OK,” Padilla added. The next thing she did was to work out and spoil herself with a “body scrub and a 10-step skin routine.”
Spending quality time by watching a movie with her one-year-old son Alas and partner Aljur Abrenica also helped her get over the ‘episode.’

Padilla also advised her followers: “Whenever you feel overwhelmed, give yourself the attention that you need. Cry it out. Then do something you love.”
“Kaya mo yan. Kung kaya ko, kaya mo (You can do it. If I can do it, you can, too),” she added. /ee
