Things have continued to look up for singer-actress Mystica (Ruby Villanueva in real life) after she marked her showbiz comeback by starring in Coco Martin’s top-rating action TV series “Ang Probinsyano”.

Mystica, back in August, tearfully asked Martin if he would also help her come back to showbiz; this was after Martin also helped actor CJ Ramos and child actress Rhed Bustamante on their comebacks. Her cry for help was heeded, as she announced to her loyal fans in September that she would be joining the cast of “Ang Probinsyano”.

Mystica has always been an open book when it came to her hardships and struggles, often taking to Facebook videos to share to her fans her current upheavals. While some netizens said that she did not have to post pictures of her new van, Mystica, on a post made on Sept. 29, wrote that if she was proud of sharing her failures, then why could she not be proud of her success?

“DI BA MAS NAKAKA-INSPIRE YUNG GALING KA SA WALA… PERO NAGSUMIKAP KA PARA GUMINHAWA ANG BUHAY DAHIL ANG PINAMUHUNAN MO AY GALING SA PAWIS, PAGOD AT HIRAP? KUNG NAGKAPERA AKO NA GALING SA HINDI KO PINAGPAGURAN, THEN HINDI KO ITO IPAPANGALANDAKAN,” she replied.

(Is it not more inspiring if you came from nothing, but you work hard to better your life, with the sweat and hardships of work? If my money came from something that I did not work for, then I would not be showing it off.)

Mystica added that she wanted to share her success story because she wants to inspire others to do the same.

“I HAVE ALL THE RIGHT TO ANNOUNCE TO THE WHOLE WORLD NA KINAYA KONG UMAHON AT BUMANGON SA SARILI KONG HUKAY (that I was able to rise and get up from my own grave),” she said. “I WOULD RATHER SHARE MY SUCCESS TO EVERYONE SO IT WILL INSPIRE THEM TO DO THE SAME PROCESS AS I DID!”

In her latest update on Oct. 7, Mystica excitedly shared to her fans that she is getting ready for her “Ang Probinsyano” shooting today, Oct. 8. JB
