Actress and singer Lovi Poe is known for her slim and toned runway-ready body. Her secret? Pilates.
Poe took to Instagram to share last Tuesday, Oct. 2, a video of herself doing her Pilates workout. Clad in a black shirt and black workout leggings, Poe executed the leg exercises on the Pilates reformer with ease.
Although she looked like she was not breaking a sweat, Poe’s steps were carried out with precision.
“Wow! Like a ballet dance!” exclaimed Filipino-American artist Jefre Manuel. “[You’re] like [an] artist in motion!”

Poe’s friend, TV host and model Bianca Gonzalez, affirmed how she loves Pilates workout as well.

Meanwhile, Miss World 2013 Megan Young wants to join in on the fun: “I need to go back. Sabay tayo (Let’s go together) please.”

This is not the first time the actress shared a glimpse of her workout. On Sept. 25, the actress also posted a photo of herself on the Pilates reformer.
“Sometimes the only way to make sense of an upside down world… is to view it from a new perspective,” she wrote then.
Aside from the Pilates reformer workout, Poe has also mastered the art of hanging herself upside down.
Since Pilates requires equipment which looks similar to those used for BDSM (bondage, discipline, dominance and submission), she once jokingly referred to the room full of Pilates equipment as the red room of pain in “Fifty Shades of Grey”.
Aside from pilates, Poe also does boxing to stay fit.
Despite her strict workout regimen, Poe allows herself to indulge in food.
“Last name, Hungry.” wrote Poe in a photo post showing her buying food. “First name, Always.”
She doesn’t shy away from lechon, too, going as far as to encourage her fans to do the same.
And carbs are the apples of her eye.
With all her hard work to stay fit and healthy, it’s nice to see her indulge. JB
