The positive effect of burnout on Alden

With “Victor Magtanggol,” “Eat Bulaga!” and his upcoming solo concert “Adrenaline Rush” currently on his plate, Alden Richards said he tried to make the most out of the little time he had for himself.

“Lately, my personal time has been very limited. I’m all-work these days. And at times, you can’t help but feel physical exhaustion,” the GMA 7 star told reporters at a recent press conference.

“So I try to take pleasure in simple things in life,” he added. “Makatulog lang ako ng eight hours, masaya na ’ko the next day.”

But Alden is not complaining.

“I’m up for the challenge—to balance every single one of my commitments,” he said.
