WATCH: The Breeders’ video for ‘Nervous Mary’ features puppets headbanging
Kim and Kelley Deal rock out as puppets in The Breeders’ new homemade video for their track “Nervous Mary”.
Crafted by Finnish fan and professional puppetmaker Milla Risku, the puppets headbang and dance to the song on a city street. The video was filmed in Nijmegen in the Netherlands.
The 1990s alternative rock band released their album “All Nerve” already this year, marking their first album to feature the band’s classic lineup from the iconic 1993 LP “Last Splash”.
The Breeders are in the midst of an extensive tour supporting the album’s release, and a host of new United States dates in September and October were just announced, with tickets for the new shows to go on sale Friday, Aug. 10.
The band will be in the U.S. through Nov. 1 before playing dates in Europe throughout November. JB
