Love at first ‘like’ for Mandy and Taylor

In an interview with “The Talk,” Mandy Moore revealed that she and her fiancé, Dawes band’s Taylor Goldsmith, first connected through Instagram.
Three years ago, the singer-actress posted on her IG feed a Dawes song she liked.
Rest is history
And though she didn’t tag Taylor or any member of the folk-rock group, the band’s frontman somehow learned about Mandy’s post, and the rest is history. It was love at first “like.”
“I didn’t know you were supposed to tag people, but somehow he [learned] about it and found a way to reach out to me,” related Mandy.
Low-key ceremony
“We started communicating and eventually went out on a date. I got to the restaurant, and it was completely empty. I was like, ‘Oh, he’s very handsome.’ I was completely taken aback,” she added.
Previously married to musician Ryan Adams, Mandy plans to tie the knot with Taylor soon in a “low-key ceremony.”
“This is my second go-round… I feel like I eloped before and I’ll probably keep it very small again,” she told US Weekly.—ALLAN POLICARPIO
