Frenemy snoops around celeb’s turf

12:10 AM August 01, 2018

Well-meaning friends are warning Popular Maven about the true motives of frenemy, Cantankerous Banshee.

In the guise of being helpful and benevolent, CB snooped around PM’s territory. CB was able to case the joint, so to speak.

CB found out not only PM’s strengths, but the weaknesses, as well. After all, the best way to defeat rivals is by keeping them “close” and complacent.

CB knows very well the art of war.

FEATURED STORIES

But then again, PM is no babe in the woods, either. Let’s just say, PM has survived far worse storms compared to Supertyphoon CB.

Hmmm…

Desperate duo

There’s a disturbing rumor that’s going around town.

Arguing with Controversial Juvenile and Pugnacious Cohort can be dangerous. The dastardly duo has a short fuse and can blow up at the slightest provocation.

Alas, they are currently embroiled in a messy altercation that left them vulnerable to cyberattacks.

Kibitzers are worried that the two may go on a rampage, as a result of those nasty intrigues. After all, it wouldn’t be the first time they resorted to something horrific because of sheer desperation.

Sticky fingers

Boisterous Jouster has always been known as a devious conspirator.

No wonder Raucous Disruptor abhors BJ.

Turned out BJ tried to filch a high-profile project away from RD. BJ had the gall to discredit RD in front of benefactor, Jovial Entrepreneur.
Unfortunately, JE confided in RD about BJ’s duplicitous moves.

Well, incorrigible BJ is still at it. BJ ran away with Maverick Dilettante’s gig, by pulling some strings, with the help of Rowdy Personality.

Some things never change.

Brawl breaker

Giddy Brawler almost lost everything.

GB got depressed after a string of setbacks. Loved ones’ passing hit GB pretty badly.

GB was on the verge of throwing in the towel. Until a chance encounter with Bodacious Personality, knocked some sense into GB’s noggin.

No-nonsense BP admonished GB that the dearly departed would certainly not be pleased with his behavior
If GB really cared for his late relatives, he would honor their memory by turning over a new leaf.

Attention junkies

From the Inquirer tabloid Bandera:

This unlikely pair hit it off because they are both user-friendly.

Vivacious Amore and Bodacious Celebrity are addicted to attention and would stop at nothing to get noticed by the public.

By teaming up, they are doubling their chances of getting talked about.

BC and VA would incessantly fuss about their so-called “dates” even though they are not a couple in real life. After all, BC is not VA’s type. BC’s not hunky nor wealthy enough!
