“I don’t have words on how I feel about leaving you guys and not seeing you almost everyday, but starting from now I’m not gonna be there [for] you guys magtatampo sa isa’t isa (when you sulk at each other), so stop being jealous of each other and just love and take care of yourselves, I guess I’ll see you soon.”

On his Instagram Stories, he answered the question that was on everyone’s mind: why was he leaving?

“I want to study,” was his simple response.

“If I stay in showbiz, I don’t have the time to study. If I go back, I have full-time job and study.”

Actress Ria Atayde sent him off with a sentimental post: “I want you to remember that you are loved and you are important and that I’ll be here for you… even though we’re miles apart.”

“Study hard and [please] don’t forget us out here,” she said.

“You are the best ate (big sister) so far,” Gallo replied.

It seems he’ll be back eventually, as he told ABS-CBN publicist Eric John Salut, “I’ll see you in a few years.”

Gallo starred in the 2017 film “Loving in Tandem” with Barber, Entrata and former love team partner Kisses Delavin. He also acted in the TV series “Wansapanataym” and “Ipaglaban Mo”. JB
