Anne collects for charity on flight

Unicef advocate for children Anne Curtis surprised passengers on a Cebu Pacific flight from Cagayan de Oro to Manila when she collected donations for the organization’s Change for Good program.

The actress showed the filled-up collection bag and thanked all passengers who gave their spare change to benefit Filipino children.

Proceeds will help fund lifesaving health and nutrition programs for kids.

“I’ve been to Bobon, Northern Samar, and I saw that children need medicine and trained health workers to combat malnutrition and diseases,” Anne related.

“So the next time you see a flight attendant bring the Change for Good bag down the aisle, please give your spare change. Any amount goes a long way,” she added.
