Vina Morales describes being single for a year: ‘It gets lonely once in a while’
After breaking up with her French boyfriend, Vina Morales admitted that her being single could get lonely.
“It’s… honestly, it can get lonely once in a while,” the singer admitted to talk show host Boy Abunda in a “Tonight with Boy Abunda” episode aired on Wednesday.
Morales went on about being single for a year: “Of course, you want to be with someone, syempre yung mga paglalambing (of course the affection), ma-miss mo ‘yan eh (you will miss that).”
When asked about why her relationship with French beau Marc Lambert failed, she blamed the distance between them.
“Hindi talaga nagwo-work kung malayo yung isa’t isa. You’ll never grow as a couple,” Morales explained. “So that was our problem. I mean, my work is here. I cannot live there (in Geneva, Switzerland where Lambert is based).”
