KZ Tandingan set for comeback on ‘Singer 2018’

The show’s not over yet: KZ Tandingan will return to the Chinese singing competition “Singer 2018” for its breakout round.

Tandingan announced on her Facebook page that she will perform Freddie Aguilar’s “Anak” in Mandarin.

The “X Factor Philippines” champion joined the show in February where she was ranked first for her performance of Adele’s “Rolling in the Deep”. She was eliminated a month later.

For her farewell performance, she sang “See You Again” by Wiz Khalifa featuring Charlie Puth where she still gave her all and rapped in Mandarin.

While the mechanics of the breakout round have yet to be announced, it seems to give a second chance to those eliminated from the competition. Currently, Chinese singer Hua Chenyu and British pop singer Jessie J are in the top two spots. JB
